Tasting: Intense purple color with aromas of ripe black fruits, plum, fig, as well as hints of vanilla, chocolate, and spices. On the palate, it is generous and rich, yet balanced, with a pleasant structure and a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Accompanies a wide variety of dishes, red meats, stewed dishes, beef cheeks, and semihard cheeses.
Serving: At 16-18°C in a red wine glass. (Syrah)
Aging: 5-7 years.
