Tasting: The color is bright red-garnet. It is intense, delicate, and complex on the nose, with dominant notes of red fruits, sour cherry, and sweet spices. On the palate is full-bodied and at the same time refined, with very soft and tasty tannins. Pleasant aftertaste with aromas similar to those encountered on the nose.
Pairing: Accompanies a wide range of Mediterranean cuisine, including fish, poultry, and meat dishes.
Serving: At 12-13 °C in a delicate Burgundy red wine glass. (Pinot Noir)
