Vinification: Cold maceration for 3 days followed by classic long-lasting red vinification and maturation for 18 months in oak barrels. Bottle aging for two years. It may be aged for 10 additional years.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Rich red colour with ruby highlights.
Intensely fruity nose with aromas of wild cherry, myrtle and black cherry. Barrel notes with a little smoke and minerality, the old barrel uncovers.
In the mouth a little dry but rich, dynamic with mild tannins with notes of barrel in the aftertaste.
Harmony of Flavors: Hunting, grilled meats, ripe cheeses.
