Vinificatton: Cold maceration for 3 days followed by classic long-lasting red vinification and maturation
for 18 months in oak barrels. Bottle aging for two years. It may be aged for 10 additional years.
Organoteptic Characteristics: Rich red colour with tobacco highlights.
Nose complex, fruity with notes of spices and dried fruits.
Sturdy, juicy mouth with balanced tannins and elongated aftertaste. Harmony °Mayors: Hunting, grilled meats, ripe cheeses.
