Tsikoudia Mandilari is a product of traditional
distillation and is produced exclusively from
selected grape marc of the red variety
Mandilari that is cultivated in our privately
owned vineyards.
DISTILLATION
The grape marc is distilled into traditional
discontinuous pot stills in a slow process where
only the heart of the distillate is collected.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Bright in the appearance, a soft and balanced
distillate with buttery aromas of dried fruit,
characterized by a particularly smooth aftertaste.
