Alcohol Content: 12,3% by Vol.
Vinification: Careful selection of low-yielding grape vines. Classical rosé vinification with
short maceration. Alcoholic fermentation follows at low temperatures and maturation on its fine lees.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright rose colour.
Complex aromas of rose and small berry red fruits, with the cherry dominating.
Elegant crispy acidity, velvet sense of oiliness with wild cherry flavour in the elongated aftertaste.
Harmony of Flavours: Grilled white meats, meat-based pasta, white cheeses and fruits.
