Alcoholic Content: 11% by Vol.
Vinification: Modern technological classic white winemaking. After satic clarification, alcoholic
fermentation follows in stainless still tanks at 18°C.
Colour: Lemon.
Nose/Mouth: Floral with fine aromas of peach, pear and orange blossom. Cool and pleasant with
mild acidity.
Harmony of Flavors: Ideal as a dessert wine or enjoyed with nuts and cheeses.
Served at: 12-13°C
